This is not the first time Poznań Opera House gives a concert performance of Moniuszko’s work at the Berlin Philharmonic. The German audience has already had the opportunity to listen to “Halka” (2019) and “Paria” (2023). The series, initiated as part of the celebration of the Moniuszko Year 2019, has a symbolic meaning – the composer studied in Berlin for three years, which had a huge impact on his work.

The concert performance of “The Haunted Manor” will take place on Monday, April 22. The show will feature Italian conductor Marco Guidarini (Musical Director at Poznań Opera House in the 2021-2023 seasons) on the podium. The cast features the artists who also appear in the stage version of the production: Ruslana Koval (Jadwiga), Gosha Kowalinska (Jadwiga), Piotr Kalina (Stefan), Rafał Korpik (Zbigniew), Stanislav Kuflyuk (Miecznik) and Albert Memeti (Damazy).
