“Puccini in Love” with Aleksandra Kurzak and Roberto Alagna in Poznań and Warsaw
Partners in real life and on stage: soprano Aleksandra Kurzak and tenor Roberto Alagna will perform Puccini’s repertoire twice in Poland. The artists will sing at the Adam Mickiewicz University Auditorium in Poznań on October 19 and at the National Philharmonic in Warsaw on October 21. They will be accompanied by Marek Ruszczyński at the piano. The program of the concert performance includes fragments of four flagship works by the composer: “Tosca,” “Madama Butterfly,” “La Bohème” and “Manon Lescaut.”
The ticket prices for both concerts may seem shocking (the cheapest ticket to the National Philharmonic costs PLN 530, and to the Adam Mickiewicz University Auditorium in Poznań – PLN 371), but there are only a few seats left to see the Met stars.
