The Met: Live in HD 2024/25 season in a nutshell

The 18th edition of the award-winning broadcast series The Met: Live in HD 2024/25 starts on October 5, 2024 with the screening of Offenbach’s “The Tales of Hoffmann”. Other productions lined up for broadcast include: “Grounded” by Jeanine Tesori (October 19, 2024), “Tosca” by Puccini (November 23, 2024), “Aida” by Verdi (January 25, 2025), “Fidelio” by Beethoven (March 15, 2025), “The Marriage of Figaro” by Mozart (26 April 2025) , “Salome” by Strauss (May 17, 2025), “The Barber of Seville” by Rossini (May 31, 2025). Saturday afternoon shows will be broadcast.
 

The audience will have an opportunity to see a number of Polish singers who perform on the New York stage in the current season, including tenors Piotr Beczała (in “Aida”) and Piotr Buszewski (in “Salome”) as well as bass-baritone Tomasz Konieczny (in “Fidelio”).
