Polish singers cast: Gosha Kowalinska at the Opéra de Massy in France and Teatro Coccia in Italy
On May 31, Gosha Kowalinska will perform the mezzo-soprano part in Verdi’s “Requiem” with the orchestra of the Opera de Massy under the baton of Constantine Rouits. The singer has performed in France several times, including: Giulietta and Stella in Offenbach’s “The Tales of Hoffmann” or Bizet’s “Carmen.”
From July 5, she will sing Amneris in “Aida” at Teatro Carlo Coccia in Novara.
Gosha Kowalinska was born in Poznań, she studied voice at the Conservatory in Paris, and completed her vocal training at the École normale demusique de Paris. In Poland, she performs at the Polish National Opera, the Grand Theater in Poznań, the Baltic Opera and the Opera at the Castle in Szczecin. She has performed Carmen on many occasions, and she will revisit the role in the new season, including the upcoming production of the Polish National Opera.
