Spanish tenor Xabier Anduaga stars in concert at the Łódź Textile Workers’ Market in Manufaktura
28-year-old tenor Xabier Anduaga has won numerous awards in his artistic career, including: Grand Prix at the Montserrat Caballé competition in 2018, the Jaume Aragall Foundation Award for the best opera performance in 2017 and first prize at the Operalia competition in 2019. With critics highlighting his unique acting skills alongside expressive and emotional vocal, the young singer is considered one of world’s leading vocalists.
Xabier Anduaga will be joined on stage by soprano Joanna Woś. Rafał Janiak will conduct the Orchestra of the Grand Theater in Łódź. The concert repertoire has not been unveiled yet, but the organizers assure on their website that: this unique musical and vocal meeting will be a great opportunity to listen to your favorite hits of opera. The event will be held on May 26 at the Łódź Textile Workers’ Market in Manufaktura in the “Concert with a Star” series.
